My wife and I have for years contemplated having a house built brand new for us but were quite apprehensive in so doing. We have heard stories about experiences of dealing with quality issues and which builder to get. When we finally gathered the nerve to further pursue the matter, we stumbled upon Governor’s Estate and were able to anonymously look at 6 houses that were being built…all at different stages of construction.
We were impressed from the start. Top notch quality!
We were able to look at other houses in the county under construction and I believe that the attention to detail cannot be matched by Trinity Built Homes. We decided to go with Trinity and one of the spec houses they were currently building. They were very easy to get along with and any changes or tweaks that we wanted to make were received well and done in a timely manner. There was absolutely no pressure or stress in the whole ordeal. They took care of everything that we had questions about and I can say that the sub-contractors that Trinity hires are very well versed in customer service and craftsmanship! Naturally there are going to be issues that come up in new construction that break like plumbing and air handlers. Every item that did come up, Ben handled everything in the most expedient manner that was convenient to our timetable. Something that is almost unheard of! We strongly recommend Ben and his team at Trinity Built Homes to build your next house. A house is the largest investment that a person will ever make; which is stressful enough without the having to worry about getting a quality product. In our opinion, a person cannot go wrong with Ben!
